Work with AYA

The role

As an AYA cleaner you run the visit: you greet the client, walk the home with them, agree on the priorities, and work through our cleaning method room by room — prep and block, then the core clean, then the check and the mop on the way out. You leave when it is done, not when the clock says so.

What we look for

• Attention to detail — baseboards, edges and corners, not just the middle of the room.
• Reliability: showing up inside the arrival window, every time.
• Clear, respectful communication with clients and with the rest of the team.
• Comfort working on your own and in a pair.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States and your own transportation around Los Angeles.
