Plans change — we get it. Here is exactly how cancellations, rescheduling and late arrivals work, so there are no surprises on either side.
Cancel or reschedule more than 24 hours before your appointment and there is no fee. Inside 24 hours, a fee of $50 applies for a one-cleaner booking, or $75 when two cleaners were scheduled.
The fee exists because a last-minute cancellation is a slot our cleaners can no longer fill — it is time they had reserved for you. Give us as much notice as you can and there is nothing to pay.
Please be home during your arrival window, or set up remote access in advance. Our team waits up to 15 minutes before your service time starts counting.
If we cannot access the home at all, the visit is treated as a cancellation inside 24 hours and the fee above applies.
Some services have conditions that must be met before we can work. Move In / Move Out and Post Construction jobs need the home empty, with no repair work in progress and water and power running. Post Construction jobs must be free of construction debris.
If our team arrives and the home is not in a condition where the service can be performed, the visit is treated as a cancellation inside 24 hours.
That is not a cancellation — that is our Satisfaction Guarantee. Send us photos within 24 hours of the service and we will come back within 48 hours to fix it, at no extra cost.
