Terms and Conditions

1. Scope of service

Each service has its own scope, described in full in its agreement video. In short:

• Standard Cleaning is maintenance — we wipe surfaces, we do not deep scrub. Heavy dust, pet hair or a home that has gone months without a deep clean should be booked as a Deep Cleaning.
• Deep Cleaning is thorough, but areas neglected for months may need restoration rather than cleaning. Floor scrubbing and steam are separate add-on services.
• Move In / Move Out requires the home to be completely empty, cabinets and closets included. We do not move furniture or remove items, including trash.
• Post Construction requires the home to be free of construction debris. We strongly recommend adding floor scrubbing and steam, because mopping alone often cannot remove construction dust and chemicals.

Cleaning is not restoration, and a perfect result is not guaranteed on surfaces already damaged or long neglected.

2. What we do not do

• We do not move furniture or objects over 30 lbs. Large appliances stay in place; our tools reach around and behind them.
• We do not take your home apart — no disassembling range hoods, chandeliers or window screens.
• We do not remove paint, glue, cement or heavy chemical residues left by a construction team, on floors, walls, cabinets or appliances.
• We do not remove construction debris or trash.
• We clean the interior of the home. Exterior windows, balconies and other outdoor areas are by prior arrangement only, and on post-construction jobs we clean ground-level exteriors only.

3. Estimates, extra time and add-ons

Your estimate is based on homes of a similar size and condition. It is not a final price. The actual condition of the home and any extra tasks can change it, and extra time is billed hourly, per cleaner. Homes that have gone months without cleaning take significantly longer.

Light organization is included. Full closets, pantries and cabinets are an add-on — tell us when booking so we can send the right team with enough time.

4. On the day of service

• Walkthrough. When our team arrives, take a minute to walk through the home with your cleaner and point out your priorities and problem areas.
• Arrival window and grace period. Please be home during your arrival window or set up remote access. We wait up to 15 minutes before your service time starts counting.
• Pets. We love them — but for everyone's safety, pets must be secured in a separate room, or away from the home, while we work.
• Respect. Our team and our clients treat each other with respect, always.
• Move In / Move Out and Post Construction. The home must be fully available with no repair work in progress, and water and power must be running, or we cannot complete the service.

5. Satisfaction Guarantee

If you spot something we missed, send us photos within 24 hours of the service and we will return within 48 hours to correct it, at no extra cost.

6. Booking, payment and direct hiring

• Your appointment is only confirmed after you add a payment method online.
• All bookings go through AYA. Hiring our cleaners directly is a violation of this agreement.
• Accepting an agreement on the Service details page records your consent and pre-fills your booking request. It is not a payment — nothing is charged until our team confirms the scope and timing with you.
